PORTLAND OASIS
Built into a ridge of the Tualatin Mountains with city views of Portland below, this house hinges and unfolds to bring in light through its many large doors and windows. Our approach in the decoration was a sensitivity to the architecture, using carefully chosen materials, colors and forms that would enrich the geometry of the house. The final vivid colors and rich textures offset the concrete, steel and wood used throughout.
